New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $1 million digital barrier notes on Amazon, Home Depot, Apple, Alphabet

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 6 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1 million of 0% digital barrier notes due Nov. 1, 2023 linked to worst performing of the stocks of Alphabet Inc., Apple Inc., Amazon.com Inc. and Home Depot Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

A knock-in event will occur if any stock finishes below its knock-in level, 60% of the initial level.

Upon maturity, investors will receive par plus the 38.4% fixed payment unless a knock-in event occurs, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% loss of the worst performing stock or receive par if all four stocks finish at or above their initial levels.
