Columbus, Ohio, April 20 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $298,000 of 12.35% autocallable yield notes due April 20, 2022 linked to the worst performing of the common stocks of Home Depot, Inc., Procter & Gamble Co. and the Walmart Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Interest will be payable quarterly.
The notes will be called at par if each stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date other than the final date.
If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless any stock finishes below its trigger level, 70% of its initial level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least performing stock.
