S&P rates HollyFrontier notes BBB-

S&P said it assigned HollyFrontier Corp.’s new senior unsecured notes a BBB- rating, which is in line with outstanding senior unsecured debt. S&P also affirmed the company’s BBB- issuer rating.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and for capital expenditures.

The outlook is stable.
