Kazakhstan's KazExportAstyk plans another tranche of third issue bonds

Madison, Wis., April 20 - JSC Holding KazExportAstyk said it is planning a public offering of bonds that will make up part of its third issue.

KazExportAstyk plans to price 1 million bonds with a yield of 10%. The offer may be upsized.

The company recently sold KZT 4.49 billion of 8½% bonds due 2016 under its third issue.

The company is authorized to issue up to KZT 40 billion of the third issue bonds. The initial settlement date was July 18, 2011.

The trade date for the latest tranche is expected to be April 27.

KazExportAstyk is an agricultural company based in Astana, Kazakhstan.
