Holding d’Infrastructures tenders for up to €250 million 5.75% notes

Chicago, Sept. 22 – Holding d’Infrastructures de Transport said it began a tender offer for up to €250 million of its €750 million of outstanding €1.15 billion 5.75% notes due March 9, 2018.

Pricing will be set at 6:30 a.m. ET on Sept. 30 using the interpolated mid-swap rate plus 15 basis points.

The purchase price is intended to reflect a yield to maturity of the notes on the settlement date based on the purchase yield, according to a company press release.

The company also will pay accrued interest to but excluding the settlement date of Oct. 5.

The tender offer will end at 10 a.m. ET on Sept. 29.

Electronic instructions must be submitted for a principal amount of notes of at least the minimum denomination of €100,000.
