Fitch rates Holcim debentures AA-(tha)

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a final AA-(tha) national long-term rating to Holcim Capital (Thailand) Ltd.'s 2 billion Thai baht of debentures due 2015.

The outlook is stable.

The debentures are guaranteed by Holcim Ltd., which has long-term issuer default rating of BBB and a stable outlook.

The action follows the completion of the debentures issue, and receipt of documents conforming to information already received, Fitch said. The final rating is the same as the expected rating assigned in October, the agency said.
