American Apparel extends waiver of consolidated EBITDA requirement

New York, Feb. 15 - American Apparel Inc. extended the waiver of the minimum consolidated EBITDA requirement under its credit facility to Feb. 17 from Feb. 14, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.

The company is discussing possible amendments to the credit facility to address its compliance with the covenant in the future.

Wilmington Trust FSB is the administrative agent on the deal.

American Apparel is a Los Angeles-based designer, manufacturer and retailer of fashion apparel for women, men, children and pets.
