American Airlines to launch $750 million term loan B on Monday

New York, April 15 – American Airlines Group Inc. is set to hold a lender call at 1 p.m. ET on Monday to launch a $750 million seven-year term loan B, according to a market source.

Barclays is the bookrunner on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to repay the company’s $588 million term loan B-2 due in 2016, to pay related fees and expenses and for general corporate purposes, the source said.

American Airlines is a Fort Worth, Texas-based airline company.
