Former Hines Nurseries Chapter 11 cases dismissed, funds distributed

Wilmington, Del., Oct. 4 - The Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases of Post-Sale Co II, LLC - formerly Hines Nurseries LLC - have been dismissed, according to documents filed Oct. 4 with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company said that substantially all of its funds have been disbursed.

Hines Nurseries, an Irvine, Calif., commercial nursery operation, filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 12. The case was filed under the name Consolidated Horticulture Group LLC. The Chapter 11 case number is 10-13308.
