Hines Nurseries official unsecured creditors committee appointed

Charlotte, N.C., Oct. 26 - Hines Nurseries LLC's official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Tuesday by Region 3 U.S. trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis, according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The committee members are Leonard's Express, Inc. of Farmington, N.Y., Ball Seed Co., Inc. of Chicago and Myers Industries, Inc., Lawn & Garden Group of Chicago.
Hines Nurseries, an Irvine, Calif., commercial nursery operation, filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 12. The case was filed under the name Consolidated Horticulture Group LLC. The Chapter 11 case number is 10-13308.
