Hines Horticulture disclosure hearing postponed to not-yet-determined date

Portland, Ore., Oct. 22 - Hines Horticulture, Inc.'s hearing for approval of its disclosure statement was postponed to an undetermined date following a status conference held Wednesday, according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The disclosure hearing was originally scheduled to begin Wednesday.

Hines Horticulture, an Irvine, Calif.-based operator of commercial nurseries, filed for bankruptcy on Aug. 20. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-11922.
