New Issue: China’s Hilong prices $379.14 million of 9¾% notes due 2024

Buffalo, N.Y., May 19 – Hilong Holding Ltd. priced $379.14 million of 9¾% senior secured notes due Nov. 18, 2024, according to a press release.

Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch is the principal paying agent for the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes which also list Regulation D distribution.

Hilong is an integrated oilfield equipment and service provider based in Hong Kong.
