Fitch withdraws Hilong note rating

Fitch Ratings said it withdrew the expected C rating on Hilong Holding Ltd.’s proposed dollar-denominated notes. Hilong previously proposed an exchange offer to refinance its $165.11 million of 7¼% senior unsecured notes due June 2020.

The agency withdrew the rating because the expected rating is no longer expected to convert to a final rating, Fitch said.
