Moody's affirms Hillview

Moody's Latin America said it has affirmed a B3 foreign currency rating given to Hillview Enterprises Inc.'s proposed $100 million of senior secured notes due in 2015.

At the same time, Moody's said it affirmed Hillview's corporate family rating a B3 on its global-scale.

The outlook is stable.

The agency said that the $100 million of senior notes are secured by the shares' pledge of the company's operating subsidiaries.
