Farallon Capital sells remaining shares of Hilltop Holdings

Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 26 - Investors led by Farallon Capital Partners, LP sold their remaining 5,626,460 shares of Hilltop Holdings Inc. on Sept. 18 and Sept. 25, it was reported in a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Each share sold for $9.75 or $9.85.

The investors no longer have a stake in the Dallas-based company.

Hilltop Holdings, through its subsidiary, NLASCO, Inc., operates as a property and casualty insurance company in the United States.
