By Paul A. Harris and Aleesia Forni

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 18 - The Hillman Group Inc. plans to sell a $60 million add-on to its 10 7/8% senior notes due June 1, 2018 (existing ratings B3/CCC+) on Tuesday, according to a market source.

The company was scheduled to hold an investor call at 11 a.m. ET.

Barclays is the bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S with registration rights deal.

The notes carry a make-whole call at Treasuries plus 50 basis points until June 1, 2014 and will then be callable at 105.438.

Proceeds will be used to fund the acquisition of H. Paulin & Co. Ltd. and for general corporate purposes.

The original $150 million issue priced at par in May 2010, and a previous $50 million add-on priced at 109.25 to yield 9.092% in March 2011.

Hillman is a Cincinnati-based provider of inventory management and in-store merchandising services.
