Moody's: Hillenbrand unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said Hillenbrand, Inc.'s Baa3 senior unsecured rating is not affected by the company's announcement today that it is acquiring Rotex Global, LLC (unrated) for $240 million in cash, a multiple of about 10 times trailing EBITDA.
