Hilex Poly pre-packaged plan unanimously approved by creditors

Pittsburgh, June 18 - Hilex Poly Co. LLC's pre-packaged plan of reorganization was unanimously accepted by voting creditors, according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Specifically, the one holder of $50.96 million in first-lien revolving claims, the 10 holders of $85.52 million in first-lien term B loan claims, the 10 holders of $85.52 million in first-lien term B guarantee claims, the eight holders of $87.5 million in second-lien claims and the eight holders of $87.5 million in second-lien guarantee claims all voted to accept the plan.

The plan confirmation hearing is scheduled for June 26.

Hilex, a Hartsville, S.C., plastic bag company, filed for bankruptcy on May 6. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-10890.
