Hilex Poly to delay filing plan of reorganization supplement until June 3

Portland, Ore., May 29 - Hilex Poly Co., LLC postponed the filing of a supplement to its plan of reorganization to June 3 from May 29, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Accordingly, the deadline for objections was pushed back to June 5.

A combined hearing on the company's pre-packaged plan of reorganization and disclosure statement is scheduled for June 12.

Hilex is a Hartsville, S.C., plastic bag company. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-10890.
