Hiland amends revolver, increasing borrowing base, decreasing accordion

New York, July 18 - Hiland Operating, LLC amended its revolving credit facility, increasing the borrowing base to $250 million from $200 million and decreasing the accordion feature to $100 million from $150 million, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday.

The amendment was completed on July 13.

MidFirst Bank is the administrative agent on the deal.

Hiland is an Enid, Okla., provider of natural gas gathering and processing services.
