Atlanta, June 2 - Mexico's America Movil SAB de CV set talk for a two-tranche issue of peso-denominated notes due in June 2019 and December 2024 (expected ratings: A2/A-/A), a market source said.

The notes due 2019 were talked at a spread in the Bonos plus 125 basis points area.

The 2024 notes also were talked at a spread in the Bonos plus 125 bps area.

Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Morgan Stanley are the active bookrunners for the Securities and Exchange Commission-registered deal. BBVA, Citigroup and Credit Suisse are passive bookrunners.

Proceeds from the sale of the notes will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include the refinancing of outstanding indebtedness, according to a company filing.

America Movil is a Mexico City-based telecommunications company.
