Atlanta, July 15 - Mexico's America Movil SAB de CV priced sterling-denominated notes due in 2033 and euro-denominated notes due in 2023 (A2/A-/A-) in a Securities and Exchange Commission-registered deal, a market source said.
The deal included £300 million 4.948% notes due July 22, 2033 that priced at par to yield 4.948%.
The bookrunners for the sterling notes due in 2033 were Credit Suisse and Banco Santander.
The second tranche totaled €750 million 3.259% notes due July 22, 2023 that priced at par to yield 3.259%, or mid-swaps plus 135 basis points.
The bookrunners for the euro notes due in 2023 were Citigroup and Credit Suisse.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
