New Issue: Mexico’s America Movil sells $1 billion 5 3/8% notes due 2032

Los Angeles, March 31 – America Movil, SAB de CV sold $1 billion of 5 3/8% notes due April 4, 2032 on Wednesday with a spread of Treasuries plus 302.4 basis points, according to a market source.
Initial price talk was in the 5 5/8% area.
Citigroup, JPMorgan, BBVA, BofA, Barclays and Scotia are the bookrunners.
America Movil is a Mexico City-based telecommunications company.
