Fitch rates America Movil notes A-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an A- rating to America Movil, SAB de CV's $1 billion two-tranche senior notes issue consisting of $600 million 5 5/8% senior notes due 2017 and $400 million 6 1/8% senior notes due 2037.

America Movil has local- and foreign-currency issuer default ratings of A-, $4.5 billion of debt rated A- and $1 billion Chilean notes program rated AA+(chl).

The outlook is stable.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate uses.

The ratings are supported by the company's strong market position, its diverse, growing portfolio of wireless assets, and its sound financial and liquidity position.

For the 12 months ended Sept. 30, the company's total debt-to-EBITDA ratio was 0.8 times.

Fitch rates Ili Technology bond AA(twn)

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Ili Technology Corp. (Ilitek) a national long-term rating of BB+(twn), along with a national rating of AA(twn) to the NT$160 million three-year zero coupon senior secured convertible bonds to be issued in November 2007. The rating is contingent upon receipt of final documents.

The outlook is stable.

The rating reflects the company's market position as one of the major designers of driver integrated circuit for small-and medium-sized thin film transistor liquid crystal display in Taiwan and China, Fitch said.

The ratings also reflect Ilitek's strong design capability with a very experienced research and development team, the agency said.
