Highway Technologies seven-member creditors committee appointed

Wilmington, Del., May 30 - Highway Technologies, Inc.'s seven-member official committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed by the U.S. Trustee for Region 3, according to documents filed May 30 with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Trustee Roberta A. Deangelis appointed

• Ted Navitskas of Dallas, representing Ennis Paint, Inc.;

• Albert H. Kirby, Sr. of Tacoma, Wash., representing TrueBlue, Inc.;

• James King of San Clemente, Calif., representing Traffix Devices Inc.;

• Alan Brown of St. Paul, Minn., representing 3M Co.;

• Richard E. Moyer of Mt. Laurel, N.J., representing Automotive Rentals, Inc.;

• Sean Pleva of Cleveland, representing The Sherwin-Williams Co.; and

• Kevin Gillen of Rocky Hill, Conn., representing Aspen American Insurance Co.

Highway Technologies, a Houston-based highway safety services and equipment provider, filed for bankruptcy on May 22. Its Chapter 11 case number is 13-11326.
