The offering includes up to 11.8 million shares at C$0.17 each.
Acumen Capital Partners is the placement agent.
Proceeds will be used to accelerate the development of oil and gas prospects in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Calgary, Alta.-based Highview is an oil and natural gas exploration and development company.
