Moody's cuts outlook on Highmark to negative

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook on Highmark Inc.'s Baa1 insurance financial strength rating and Baa2 senior unsecured debt rating to negative from stable following the announcement that the company's president and CEO, Kenneth Melani, has been placed on unpaid administrative leave.
