China’s Hidili will host meeting for creditors to approve scheme

Chicago, April 28 – Hidili Industry International Development Ltd. will host a meeting for scheme creditors at 10 p.m. ET on May 23, according to a notice.

The purpose of the meeting is to approve a proposed scheme of arrangement between the company and the scheme creditors.

Scheme creditors may attend via Zoom, but must indicate they want to do so via the information agent on or before the voting instruction deadline at 5 a.m. ET on May 19.

Attendees via Zoom must have a webcam and must be visible to the chairman throughout the meeting.

Extra copies, which have already been distributed to scheme creditors, of the scheme document can be obtained from https://sites.dfkingltd.com/hidili.

Scheme creditors may appoint proxies to vote for them at the meeting.

Scheme creditors may also attend in person at the Admiralty Centre in Hong Kong.

The scheme will be subject to the approval and sanction of the High Court.

The sanction hearing is tentatively scheduled for June 6.
