New Issue: Singapore's Hiap Hoe prices S$40 million of 4¾% three-year notes

Madison, Wis., Sept. 5 - Hiap Hoe Ltd. said it issued S$40 million of 4¾% three-year notes at par on Thursday.

The fixed-rate notes were issued under Hiap Hoe's S$500 million multicurrency medium-term note program established on May 22.

DBS Bank Ltd. is the dealer for the new notes and the arranger of the MTN program.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing borrowings and funding investments and general working capital.

Hiap Hoe is a Singapore luxury and mid-tier property developer.
