S&P affirms HHI Holdings

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed its B+ corporate credit rating on HHI Holdings LLC and its B+ issue-level rating and 4 recovery rating on the company's $355 million term loan B, including the proposed $30 million add-on.

The outlook is stable.

The agency said its ratings on HHI Holdings reflect what S&P considers a "weak" business risk profile and "aggressive" financial risk profile.
