Hexcel amends credit facility to allow more debt repurchases

New York, Sept. 29 - Hexcel Corp. said it amended its senior credit facility to allow it to buy back up to $100 million of subordinated debt, increased from $63 million previously.

The amount is the total for the life of the facility.

In addition, the amendment increases the maximum annual capital expenditures allowed to $75 million, the Stamford, Conn., advanced structural materials company said in an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The administrative agent for the credit facility is Fleet Capital Corp.

Hexcel paid an amendment fee of 6.25 basis points.
