Hertz bankruptcy credit event will affect notes, Danske Bank says

Olympia, Wash., June 3 – A Hertz Corp. bankruptcy credit event on May 26 will impact the interest amount and final redemption amount for several series of notes, according to a London Stock Exchange notice from Danske Bank.

The notes (ISINs: XS1222742253, XS1309433578, FI4000185541, XS1347434505, FI4000197983, FI4000201421, FI4000201587, FI4000210422, FI4000210497, FI4000210901, XS1619997684, FI4000273479, FI4000282223, XS1706364491, DK0030431770, DK0030440763) were issued under the €5 billion structured note program.

Hertz is an Estero, Fla.-based car rental company. It filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on May 22. The Chapter 11 case number is 20-11218.
