Ameren outlines offering of fixed-rate senior notes due 2026

Chicago, Nov. 15 – Ameren Corp. is offering fixed-rate senior notes due 2026 in a single tranche, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are optionally callable with a make-whole premium until they are callable at par one month before the maturity date.

Barclays, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mizuho Securities USA LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are leading the sale as joint bookrunners.

Bancroft Capital, LLC, R. Seelaus & Co., LLC and Siebert Williams Shank & Co., LLC are the co-managers.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA will be the trustee.

For counsel, Ameren is using in-house counsel and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. The underwriters are using Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP for legal matters.

Ameren is a St. Louis-based electric and natural gas company.
