New Issue: Heron Lake BioEnergy completes $4.5 million private placement of units

Knoxville, Tenn., July 9 - Heron Lake BioEnergy LLC settled a $4.5 million private placement of its class A units on July 2, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 3,103,449 units at $1.45 per unit to Project Viking, LLC.
Heron Lake is a private ethanol producer based in Heron Lake, Minn.
