Herley Industries shareholder Gamco ups stake to 22.85%

Charlotte, N.C., Jan. 2 - Herley Industries, Inc. investors led by Gamco Asset Management, Inc. increased their ownership interest to 22.85% from 21.84% with the purchase of 142,780 shares between Nov. 14 and Dec. 31 priced from $9.25 to $14.048 each, it was reported in a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors beneficially own 3,097,812 shares of the Lancaster, Pa.-based company.

Herley provides microwave radio frequency and millimeter wave components to defense and commercial customers.
