Heritage Home sees $4.25 million operating loss for Sept. 30-Oct. 27

Pittsburgh, Nov. 30 – Heritage Home Group, LLC reported a $4.25 million loss from operations for the period of Sept. 30 through Oct. 27 on $13.88 million in net sales, according to its monthly operating report filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
Those figures compared to the $4.98 million loss from operations posted for the period of Aug. 26 through Sept. 29 on $17.98 million in net sales.
Net income for the October period was $7.52 million, improving from an $8.17 million net loss for the previous period.
The October net income included $14.5 million in “other income.”
Heritage Home had $4.07 million in cash as of Oct. 27, down slightly from $4.28 million at Sept. 29.
High Point, N.C.-based Heritage Home Group is a home furnishings manufacturer and retailer. The company filed bankruptcy on July 29 under Chapter 11 case number 18-11736.
