Heritage Home cancels auction, will seek OK of $17.45 million sale

Pittsburgh, Sept. 18 – Heritage Home Group, LLC cancelled the auction for its Luxury business and will ask the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware to approve a $17.45 million sale to stalking horse bidder RHF Investments Inc., according to a notice filed Tuesday.

The company said no qualified competing bids were received by the Sept. 17 bid deadline.

The sale hearing is scheduled for Sept. 26.

High Point, N.C.-based Heritage Home Group is a home furnishings manufacturer and retailer. The company filed bankruptcy on July 29 under Chapter 11 case number 18-11736.
