Hong Kong’s Hengdeli calls $100 million of 6¼% senior notes due 2018

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 1 – Hengdeli Holdings Ltd. announced it will redeem $100 million of its 6¼% senior notes due 2018 on March 3.

The notes will be redeemed at 101.5625 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

As of Feb. 1, there is $211,428,000 principal amount of the notes outstanding.

The company said it will fund the partial redemption with internal funds.

Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch is the trustee.

Hengdeli is a Hong Kong-based watch retailer and wholesaler.
