Hellenic Bank starts calls for inaugural tier 2 notes offering

Chicago, March 6 – Hellenic Bank PCL started investor calls for an inaugural offering of tier 2 securities (B2//B), according to a source.

Fixed-income meetings for the €200 million deal started on Monday. The final size has been set.

The securities will have a 10.25-year tenor and 5.25 years of call protection.

Barclays, BNP Paribas and J.P. Morgan have been given the mandate.

Distribution will be via Regulation S.

The bank is based in Cyprus.
