New Issue: Singapore’s Heeton sells S$118 million three-year notes to yield 6.08%

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 12 – Heeton Holdings Ltd. said it priced S$118 million of 3˝-year notes at par with a fixed coupon of 6.08%.

The series 004 notes will be issued under the company’s S$300 million multicurrency debt issuance program.

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. is the lead manager and bookrunner.

Proceeds will be used for general working capital and corporate funding, including financing investments and refinancing existing debt.

Heeton is a Singapore property development and property investment company.
