New Issue: Singapore’s Heeton sells S$75 million three-year notes to yield 6.1%

Morgantown, W.Va., April 27 – Heeton Holdings Ltd. said it priced S$75 million of three-year notes at par with a coupon of 6.1%.

The series 003 notes will be issued under the company’s S$300 million multicurrency debt issuance program.

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. is the lead manager and bookrunner.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and for general working capital.

Heeton is a Singapore property development and property investment company.
