Moody's ups Heckler outlook to positive

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook to positive from stable on the B2 corporate family rating of Heckler & Koch GmbH and affirmed the company's B2 corporate family rating, B1 probability of default rating and B2 rating on its senior notes.

"The outlook change to positive reflects [Heckler's] improved operating performance and medium-term business prospects, as the company's order book for small arms has been gradually improving over recent quarters with good revenue visibility for the next years," says Christian Hendker, lead analyst for Heckler at Moody's Frankfurt office, in a news release.
