S&P rates Heathrow Funding notes BBB (sf)
Standard & Poor's said it assigned its BBB (sf) credit rating to Heathrow Funding Ltd.'s £110 million class B-4 fixed-rate notes.
The outlook is stable.
Heathrow Funding will onlend the net proceeds to Heathrow Airport Ltd., the borrower in the corporate securitization. The borrower will, in turn, repay the outstanding amount under its junior revolving credit facility and invest the remaining proceeds in authorized investments.
