Healthcare Trust of America to sell seven-year senior notes

Virginia Beach, June 23 – Healthcare Trust of America Holdings, LP is expected to price senior notes due 2021, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. and Jefferies & Co. are the bookrunners.

Proceeds are being used for general corporate purposes.

The notes will be guaranteed by Healthcare Trust of America, Inc.

The real estate investment trust for medical office building is based in Scottsdale, Ariz.
