Fitch gives Healthcare Realty notes BBB+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BBB+ rating to the senior unsecured notes issued by Healthcare Realty Trust Inc. The outlook is stable.

Healthcare Realty will use the proceeds to repay borrowings from its revolving credit facility.

The BBB+ ratings and stable outlook reflect the issuer's strong financial metrics and high-quality, geographically-diversified and granular medical office building portfolio providing durable operating cash flows, Fitch said.
