Barclays plans to price buffered SuperTrack notes tied to fund basket

Olympia, Wash., June 10 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Oct. 16, 2020 linked to a basket of exchange-traded funds, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of the Materials Select Sector SPDR fund, the Technology Select Sector SPDR fund and the Health Care Select Sector SPDR fund, each with a roughly 33.333% weight.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain, up to a maximum return of 10.25%.

Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 15% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price June 11.

The Cusip number is 06747MZG4.
