New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $605,000 buffered return enhanced notes on health care fund

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 27 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $605,000 of 0% buffered return enhanced notes due March 28, 2018 linked to the Health Care Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the gain, up to a maximum return of 15.89%. Investors will receive par if the fund declines by 10% or less and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that the fund declines beyond 10%.
