HD Supply redeems 11½% senior notes due 2020

New York, April 12 – HD Supply, Inc. said it completed the redemption of its 11½% senior notes due 2020 on Monday.

The company had issued a notice of redemption on March 28, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

HD Supply completed on Monday the issuance of $1 billion of new 5¾% senior notes due 2024.

HD Supply is an Atlanta-based industrial distributor.
