New Issue: India’s HDFC Bank sells Rs. 67 billion senior redeemable debentures

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 22 – HDFC Bank Ltd. announced it issued Rs. 67 billion of senior redeemable long-term non-convertible debentures on Wednesday.

The bonds, each with a face value of Rs. 1 million, were sold on a private placement basis.

This is the Mumbai-based bank’s first series of debentures for 2016.
