New Issue: India’s HDB Financial sells Rs. 2.29 billion 8.85% subordinated bonds

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 4 – HDB Financial Services Ltd. priced Rs. 2.29 billion of 8.85% unsecured non-convertible subordinated bonds due June 7, 2029 at par, according to a Bombay Stock Exchange notice.

The debentures were issued on a private placement basis.

Ahmedabad, India-based HDB provides financial services.
